Eight Coaching Sessions

Service Description

Ideal if you're ready to commit to personal growth surrounding your coparenting relationship. This is where you work through the emotional and/or mental blocks you have surrounding: *the resentment you have toward your coparent *the jealously or anger you have toward their new partner *the loss of your relationship *the lack of control you have about what goes on on your coparent(s) time *or the pain of having to share your children with a person (or maybe people) who aren't your favorite -- If you're the high-conflict parent, or you suspect you might be, you're in the right place. --If you're a bio-parent who needs help from someone who understands, I've got you. You can't change your co-parent. But you can make changes that will help you teach them how to treat you. You can let go of what you can't control (which often times makes us less conflict driven). You can accept the present and move on to a much more peaceful future. You will thank yourself--and your kids will thank you, too. *8 private, 60 minute coaching sessions. *Via Zoom or phone (whichever you prefer) *Email support and homework between sessions to get you thinking and practicing *Sessions must be completed within 10 weeks of start date *Don't forget to schedule your Meet + Greet first!!
