What is Coaching?

Coaching is not therapy. Coaching meets you where you're at RIGHT NOW, and we move onward from there. Therapy digs deep into the BEFORE. Coaching isn't meant to resolve wounds from your past. It's meant to help you make positive changes from here on out.

Any handouts we discuss during the session will be sent with the summary, to your email. If there's anything you need to fill out to bring to a future session, it will be specified during the session before .

You get access to me during the entire program via email, text, or phone call. Between session communication is meant for issues that arise that can't wait until the following session. Emails and phone calls won't be answered between the hours of 9 p.m.-6 a.m. Mountain Time.

Each session, we'll come up with some small goals/things for you to work on. These small goals will move you toward your ultimate end goal. Whether that's moving through grief or resentment, or cutting off toxicity from your co-parent.

I take notes during each session, so you don't have to. I'll prepare a summary sheet for you that's emailed within 24 hours of your session with me. It will have everything we've discussed--plans, goals, etc.

We can conduct sessions via phone or Zoom. I'll be in touch about your preference. We can always switch between the two as well. Please be sure that you're in a distraction-free environment for our session.
